Job Description:

• Position: QA Engineer  
• Well Established US Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing MNC
• 5 Days Work Week (Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:15pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500
• Entitled to AWS + Variable Performance Bonuses
• Working Location: Tuas
• Company Transport Provided in Jurong Area
• Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections and testing for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
• Ensure products meet required quality specifications and customer requirements.
• Monitor production processes and identify quality issues or potential defects.
• Investigate product defects and non-conformities and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work closely with the Production and Engineering teams to resolve day-to-day quality issues.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and other QA documentation.
• Support customer complaint investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist with internal and external quality audits.
• Monitor quality trends and prepare basic quality reports for management review.
• Support continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and improve production quality.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering discipline, Manufacturing or Quality Management.
• At least 1 year experience in QA / QC.
• Basic knowledge or quality inspection, root cause analysis, CAPA and problem-solving techniques.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 or quality management system is an added advantage.
• Understand technical specifications and quality standards.
