• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer - Packaging
• Position Title: QA Executive cum QMR
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3300 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QA department operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and maintain quality control and assurance programs.
• Conduct site inspections, investigate customer complaints, and follow up as needed.
• Propose initiatives to enhance quality culture.
• Document audits, collect and analyze quality data, and prepare reports.
• Plan and prioritize testing and QA tasks.
• Maintain and update ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
• Coordinate with external bodies on quality matters.
• Identify training needs and organize training sessions.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.

• Minimum qualification Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ QA experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and internal audits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
