Job Scope
ā¢ Maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS)
ā¢ Handle QA documentation control (SOPs, manuals, reports)
ā¢ Ensure compliance with GMP / PIC/S / ICH / ASEAN / FDA guidelines
ā¢ Manage change control, deviations, CAPA and investigations
ā¢ Handle customer complaints, product recalls, and returns
ā¢ Support validation, stability programs, and packaging artwork review
