Job Description

• Position Title: QA Technician
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am – 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Support routine audits for the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and manufacturing issues.
• Inspect production lines and review documents to ensure work meets customer specifications.
• Monitor die-cutting and sheet-to-sheet production quality.
• Support quality control for custom converting and fabricating processes.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce defects and improve production efficiency.
