Job Description:

• Position: QC Technician
• Well Established US Medical &Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing MNC
• 5 Days Work Week (Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:15pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000
• Entitled to Monthly Attendance Allowance Up to $50   
• Entitled to AWS + Variable Performance Bonuses
• Working Location: Tuas
• Company Transport Provided in Jurong Area
• Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using basic measuring instruments.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Identify and report non-conforming products to the Production or Quality Supervisor.
• Support investigations of quality issues and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper calibration of inspection equipment.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Quality Management, Manufacturing or any Engineering discipline.
• At least 1 year of QC or QA experience in a manufacturing, electronics, precision engineering or industrial environment.
• Familiar with visual inspection, dimensional inspection, and basic quality control processes.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 or quality management systems is an advantage.
• Able to read basic engineering drawings and inspection specifications.
