Quality Technician (Jurong Island)

Responsibilities

• Support production shift team with sample testing
• Cleaning and preparation of sampling apparatus, Ampule, gel bottles and other laboratory glassware.
• Prepare reagent and standard sample for analytical equipment.
• Report abnormalities and support troubleshooting of equipment.
• Review and revise for QC process flow, control plan and SOP of analytical such as non-prime product, process problems and complain.
• Investigate root cause and take corrective action plan.

• Planning for analytical process modification and analytical process change.

Requirements

• Min NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Engineering field or other relevant certificates
• Possess Analytical knowledge and Skills such as gas chromatography, gel permeation chromatography, Fourier infrared analysis, gel analysis, Karl Fischer’s method and titration method) are preferred
• Highly motivated, a team player, with the ability to multitask and project management skills
• Understand quality policy and basic rule.
