• Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Tampines West
• Working Hours: 5.5 working days; Monday-Friday (9AM – 6PM); Saturday, (9AM – 1PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the tendering process from start to submission.
• Prepare and compile tender documents.
• Submit quotations and tender proposals on time.
• Prepare competitive construction cost estimates.
• Monitor and track monthly project progress.
• Process claims and manages contractual payments.
• Negotiate with and appoint subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings and assist supervisors with letters, reports, and contract-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, monthly progress reports, method statements, and work procedures for the Project Manager.
• Arrange orders for paint materials and follow up on delivery status.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with quantity surveying practices in Singapore will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
