The Assistant Contract Manager supports the contract and commercial management of data centre projects, assisting with contract administration, documentation, and compliance across the project lifecycle. Assist in administering contracts and agreements
Track contractual deliverables, notices, and obligations

Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submissions and responses
Requirements
5 years of experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, or commercial support roles
Exposure to data centre, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects preferred
Experience working with developers, operators, consultants, or main contractors is an advantage
