Job Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and vendors during tendering and procurement stages
• Prepare quantity take-offs, costing summaries, subcontract documents, and procurement schedules
• Support contract negotiations and subcontract awards with project and contract management teams
• Prepare payment claims, valuation documents, payment certificates, and maintain records for variations and project costs
• Manage procurement activities, material price updates, and project documentation for assigned projects

Job Requirements

• Min degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a contractor environment
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, tendering, procurement, subcontract administration, and project costing
• Good organizational and documentation skills with the ability to manage project records and coordination tasks
