About the role

JHL is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in our Pasir Ris Central East Region office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-desk support and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  2. Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel

  3. Scheduling and managing patient appointments, including confirming appointments and communicating any changes

  4. Maintaining and organising medical records and patient files, both physical and electronic

  5. Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

  6. Providing general customer service support to patients and addressing their queries or concerns

  7. Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times
