Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful placement
- Source and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for available opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions
