Job description

Our client is a Manufacturing Services provider. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Regional HR Executive to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central (Bishan)- easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Regional HR Executive:

• Provide day-to-day HR operational support and act as the key contact person for employees and managers on HR-related matters. Support the smooth execution and administration of HR processes and policies.
• Support monthly payroll preparation and assist with HR administrative tasks related to organizational updates and restructuring activities.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and other personnel-related processes in partnership with HR Services.
• Participate in HR projects by supporting operational execution, preparing reports, data analysis, and presentation materials when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR generalist functions, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in core HR processes including onboarding, payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, and performance management.
