• MANDATORY: Candidates MUST have some relevant food, agribusiness, consumer goods project experience or sector knowledge

Responsibilities would include:

• Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy, driving enterprise-wide strategic planning and long-term business growth initiatives
• Partner with senior leadership to shape future direction of the business
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and business assessments to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making
• Evaluate investments, partnerships and expansion opportunities through business case development, financial analysis and due diligence.
• Monitor strategic initiatives, establish performance KPIs, identify challenges/ risks, and provide governance and progress updates to senior leadership
• Collaborate closely with country leadership teams,  business unit heads, and functional leaders across the region

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 6-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business planning, investment evaluation, or related strategic roles
• Experience from leading strategy consulting firms such as is highly preferred, especially with sector experience above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated experience working directly with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Willingness to travel across operating markets when required
