Location: Suntec

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Salary: Up to $5,000

Contract: 6–7 months (Maternity Cover)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash management, including bank account balances, FOREX (spot, forward & swap), money market borrowing, fund transfers via SWIFT Alliance, and treasury deal input.
• Manage mass payment processes.
• Support regional subsidiaries during monthly and RTC closing.
• Conduct treasury process reviews to ensure compliance with company policies (SOD, duplicate payment prevention, vendor registration, payment controls, etc.).
• Drive payment and collection process improvements (e.g. cheque warehousing, supply chain financing, dealer financing, virtual accounts).
• Manage regional cash pooling structures.
• Investigate bank reconciliation discrepancies and treasury system issues.
• Review monthly mark-to-market entries for treasury products.
• Work with Quantum GTR (Global Treasury System by Sungard). Experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
