Sales Executive (Indoor)

Salary: Up to $3500

Working Hours: The job is a 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week

Job Summary

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and professional sales support to clients. You will develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, provide expert product and lighting consultation, and achieve sales targets through effective client engagement and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Provide prompt and professional support to existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

•⁠  ⁠Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

•⁠  ⁠Conduct product presentations and offer accurate sales and lighting solutions tailored to client requirements.

•⁠  ⁠Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.

•⁠  ⁠Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently to maintain positive client experiences.

•⁠  ⁠Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

•⁠  ⁠Travel across Singapore to conduct onsite lighting consultations and project assessments when required.

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate closely with contractors, business owners, interior designers, and other stakeholders to support project sales.

•⁠  ⁠Manage showroom/gallery sales activities and assist walk-in customers with product recommendations.

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Lighting, Interior Design, or related industry.

•⁠  ⁠Willingness and ability to travel within Singapore for onsite consultations and client meetings.

•⁠  ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.

•⁠  ⁠Ability to provide professional onsite lighting advice and consultation services.

Preferred Qualifications

•⁠  ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

•⁠  ⁠Knowledge of AutoCAD software will be an advantage.
