This position requires you to interface with customers and internal team. You will be working with a great team with good team work. 3. Promoting the products and presenting value add information (e.g allergy, dietary requirements).
4. Deliver service excellence.
5. Develop and monitor housekeeping and hygiene standards.
6. Inventory management on daily basis.
7. Manage order fulfilment through POS and customer satisfaction.
8. Product knowledge on bread and pastries would be appreciated.
9. Work well with kitchen team (bakers).
10. Provide operational experience for product improvement.
11. Plenty of opportunity to create new products.
12. Quality control the products and processes to ensure its sustainability.
13. Drive process improvement for productivity and efficiency.
14. Contribute operation experience for marketing and branding initiatives.
