• Industry/ Organization Type: Retail
• Position Title: Retail Operations Executive
• Working Location: Chinatown
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (10.00am – 9.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the retail counter and assist customers with enquiries
• Handle daily store operations, stock-taking, and goods receiving
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment
• Process and pack customer orders from online and walk-in channels
• Prepare orders for logistics pickup with proper checks and documentation
• Support coordination between retail, warehouse, and e-commerce teams
• Assist in occasional events and booth sales
• Provide professional customer service and help resolve customer issues

• Minimum N-Level, O-Level, ITE, or Diploma qualification
• 1–2 years of relevant retail, inventory, or e-commerce experience preferred
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an advantage
