💰 Remuneration & Perks:
Base Salary: $2,300/month (Fixed)
Monthly Incentives: $500 – $1,000/month (Achievable KPIs!)
Bonus: 13th Month Bonus (AWS)

📍 What You’ll Be Doing:
Warmly greet and assist customers with their purchases.
Handle customer records, order processing, and simple payments.
Assist with store inventory management (receiving, stock count, and display).
Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming store environment.
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
Pleasant, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays (5-day work week / 44 hours).
Prior retail or optical experience is a plus, but no experience required!
