Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to Director (Female Preferred)

A successful business director in the events and entertainment industry is seeking a highly capable and trustworthy Personal Assistant to work closely as a right-hand support.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys managing people and schedules, ensuring the director’s daily work and commitments run smoothly.

You will be directly supporting the director in business coordination, planning, and daily organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and organize the director’s daily schedule and appointments

* Remind and follow up on important meetings, tasks, and deadlines

* Coordinate communications with clients and partners

* Assist with travel arrangements, meetings, and events

* Organize documents, messages, and business priorities

* Ensure the director stays well-prepared and focused on key matters

Ideal Candidate

* Female, responsible, organized, and trustworthy

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Proactive and able to anticipate needs

* Discreet and able to handle confidential matters

* Calm and professional under pressure

Preferred Experience

* Experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

* Familiar with Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp communication

* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
