Sales Admin Assistant

Job description

Our esteemed client in the Food Manufacturing industry is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Sales Admin Assistant/ Admin Assistant (Sales Support)
  • Location: West, Singapore
  • Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm; Saturday half day)
  • Salary Package: Up to $2,500 + AWS + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle order processing and delivery coordination
  • Manage cash collections and record monthly cash sales
  • Process customer orders via phone or email
  • Attend to customer enquiries and complaints
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and prepare sales reports
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing documents & answering phone calls
  • Retrieve orders from portals and coordinate returns with supermarkets

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O” level with at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Able to work on Saturdays.
  • Able to start work in short notice.
