Responsibilities:

• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) 
• Track, follow up, and maintain shipping and logistics documentation
• Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure on‑schedule deliveries and compliance with internal processes
• Maintain accurate records for administrative and logistics workflows
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth operations
• Assist management with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative or logistics support roles
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP ERP or invoicing systems is an added advantage
• Knowledge of shipping and customs documentation is an added advantage
