Job Summary

You will process sales orders, generate delivery orders and invoices, and coordinate with eCommerce, warehouse, delivery teams, and customers to ensure smooth sales and logistics operations. You will also assist technicians with spare parts ordering and prepare management reports.

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders accurately and generate corresponding delivery orders and sales invoices to support sales operations
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to verify charges for online sales transactions and ensure billing accuracy
  • Communicate stock availability updates regularly to the sales team by liaising with the warehouse team
  • Monitor bulk sales orders and provide timely updates to the sales team to facilitate order fulfillment
  • Perform general administrative tasks including updating Excel sheets to maintain accurate sales and inventory records
  • Respond to phone calls professionally to support internal teams and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with the delivery team and customers to resolve logistics-related matters and ensure timely deliveries
  • Assist technicians by searching for and ordering spare parts through online platforms to support maintenance activities
  • Prepare and submit reports required by management to track sales performance and operational metrics

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficiency in using Excel for data entry and report preparation
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with multiple teams and customers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 2 years of experience
