• Position Title: Sales and Marketing Engineer
• Working Location: North - Seletar (Nearest MRT: Khatib)
• Working Hours: 5 days / Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.45 pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 7000 + Performance Bonus (Min. 1 month)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s engineering and MRO capabilities to aircraft manufacturers, operators, and MROs across the Asia-Pacific region
• Recommend optimal, comprehensive avionics system solutions for customers’ existing or new aircraft, collaborating with the company’s skilled engineering team
• Work closely with the engineering team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored avionics system solutions
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
• Support project planning and ensure smooth communication between the sales and engineering departments

• Min. Diploma in Avionics, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Min. 2 years of working experience in related field
• Prior experience in avionics systems design, engineering, or a similar technical background
• Demonstrated marketing and/or sales experience within the aviation or aerospace industry
• Strong understanding of FAA, EASA, or military design standards and regulatory environments
• Experience in managing engineering design projects and coordinating with technical teams is a plus
