  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.15pm & Sat: 8.30am-2.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,200 + AWS + OT + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries, showroom interactions, and provide professional product support.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships to support sales conversion and engagement.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to support customer follow-ups and business development activities.
  • Coordinate customer requests and follow up with internal teams when required.
  • Plan, coordinate, and carry out marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Support brand-building activities across digital and offline channels.
  • Ensure branding, communication, and marketing materials are consistent across all platforms.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Create and coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Manage website updates, digital platforms, and marketing communication channels.
  • Ensure marketing materials are ready for campaigns, showroom activities, and customer engagement activities.
  • Organise product launches, events, training sessions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and relevant departments to support campaign execution and product readiness.
  • Liaise with external vendors, designers, and service providers when required.
  • Track campaign performance and customer engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports and suggest improvements for future activities.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for marketing activities.

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferably 2–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in campaign execution, content creation, and brand management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
