Job Summary

Develop new sales opportunities and manage the full sales process for customised design, retail display, fabrication and exhibition solutions, from prospecting through project confirmation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and market research.

• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up on potential opportunities consistently.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design, fabrication, retail display or exhibition solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and supporting sales documents.

• Present proposed solutions confidently and respond to clients’ commercial and project-related enquiries.

• Negotiate commercial terms within the approved authority and close sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets.

• Manage the sales process from initial engagement through project confirmation.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, pipelines and forecasts.

• Coordinate with design, project, production and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.

• Maintain strong client relationships and support customer satisfaction throughout the project.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business objectives.

• Perform other related sales and business development duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Design, Events or a related discipline would be advantageous.

• At least two years of sales or business development experience.

• Experience in consultative, customised or project-based solution sales would be advantageous.

• Prior exposure to design, fabrication, retail displays, visual merchandising, exhibitions, events, signage, interior fit-out or a related industry would be beneficial.

• Demonstrated ability to prospect for new clients, prepare proposals, negotiate and close sales opportunities.
