Sales Consultant (Indoor Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned customer accounts within the Singapore market.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Conduct indoor sales activities through telesales, virtual meetings, and customer engagement.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customers' business requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Provide commercial and technical support throughout the sales process.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate customer and product information using CRM and SAP systems.
• Promote the company's products and enhance brand awareness in the market.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely customer support and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• Candidates with qualifications in other disciplines and relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in indoor sales, telesales, or customer account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and commercial sales practices is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) will be an advantage.
