• Industry/ Organization Type: F&B Vending Service
• Position Title: Sales Coordinator
• Working Location: Bukit Merah (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.45am – 5.30pm), Alternate Saturday (8.45am – 12.45pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary (Yearly increment) + Variable Bonus (Profit Sharing)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales coordination, delivery arrangements, and machine deployment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Develop and sustain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
• Liaise confidently with the Director, Operations Manager, and clients to support business needs and project execution.
• Review and interpret sales data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate closely with drivers, technicians, and administrative staff to maintain seamless operations.
• Source and pursue new leads and growth opportunities to expand market coverage.
• Handle contracts, agreements, and tender documents on an ad-hoc basis, including proofreading and ensuring accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or above.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication abilities.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for numerical data handling and reporting.
• With proofreading skills for contracts, agreements and experience in handling tender documents will be added advantage
• Adaptable, and must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to prevent backlogs for smooth operations.
