Job description

  • Process Management: Handle quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and update customer price books. Maintain an effective filing system for documentation. Printing of invoices.
  • Customer Consignment & Inventory Management: Manage customer consignment programs, maintain stock inventory, and oversee stock movements.
  • Delivery Coordination: Ensure on-time deliveries for customers by working closely with customers, vendors, drivers to meet delivery requirements.

Requirement:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin language to process mandarin documents and liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently

Working hours and location:

Monday- friday 10.00am-7.00pm

Saturday (optional)

$2800-$3500
