Job Description:
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc quotations for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Communicate with transportation forwarders to get the best rate and route for quotation purpose.
Prepare sales documents for customers and suppliers.
Prepare shipping schedules for customers to keep them up to date with their latest orders and materials.
Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare shipping documents for customers' shipments.
Provide administrative and operational support through various ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Undertake additional responsibilities or duties as required within the scope of the role.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder with 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, while also being an effective team player.
Able to communicate in English, and Mandarin language with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
