Job Description:

As a Sales Engineer, you will bridge technical expertise and client relationships. You will manage key customer accounts, provide product qualification support, and drive sales revenue across assigned geographic regions or product lines. This role requires a blend of engineering knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to align The Company's technical product capabilities with semiconductor manufacturing requirements.


Key Responsibilities (Farmer 70%, Hunter 30%, subjected to changes in the future)


- Manage and grow assigned local and/or overseas customer accounts.
- Develop designated geographic areas or product lines to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.
- Consult with engineering and procurement teams to help them select and qualify the appropriate semiconductor tapes and machinery based on their backend assembly requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Administration Department to efficiently handle customer orders, manage unique specifications, and navigate product claims or technical issues.
- Compile market statistics and prepare comprehensive customer/sales reports for management to assist in strategic decision-making.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience within the semiconductor industry or an engineering-related sales background is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, technical troubleshooting awareness, and a proactive attitude towards client management.
