Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Building Materials
  • Position Title: Sales Executive
  • Working Location: Woodlands
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Transport allowance up to $800 + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets set by management
  • Represent the company and develop strong knowledge of the construction industry
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and potential clients in the construction sector
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing suitable solutions
  • Evaluate and assess potential new customers and prepare relevant analysis
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry stakeholders (developers, consultants, architects, contractors, etc.)
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates on material requirements and forecasts
  • Communicate regularly with the management team on market trends, issues, and activities to support business planning
  • Communicate clearly with customers and ensure agreed terms are followed, including timely payments
  • Provide practical solutions based on customer requirements
  • Provide customer support, including guidance, training, and troubleshooting when needed
