Job Description

  • Working Location: Upper Thomson
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.30pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to sales leads and enquiries.
  • Grow sales with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify, qualify, develop, and secure new and existing accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance, strategies, and productivity based on inventory levels and customer plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate additional revenue through prospecting, cold calling, up-selling, and cross-selling activities.
  • Prepare standard quotations and proposals.
  • Follow up on customer payment matters, monitor accounts closely, and gather relevant information on customer credit issues.
  • Update sales data in the Navision system.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Knowledge of the Navision system will be an advantage.
