Key Responsibilities

  • Source and connect with individual professionals and corporate organisations interested in training courses and certification programmes.
  • Recommend appropriate learning solutions from company’s comprehensive range of programmes to prospective learners and business clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through successful enrolment.
  • Respond to and nurture inbound enquiries via telephone, online channels, and in-person consultations.
  • Promote our company at career expos, trade shows, roadshows, networking events, and corporate engagement activities.
  • Utilise knowledge of SSG funding initiatives, including subsidies and SkillsFuture Credit, to advise and support prospective participants.
  • Achieve monthly enrolment goals and provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline performance to the Sales Manager.
  • Foster long-term relationships with corporate partners to encourage repeat business and group enrolments.

  • Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience within the training, education, or professional development sector.
  • Practical experience handling SSG funding schemes and learner enrolment procedures.
  • Proven track record in promoting and selling WSQ Food Safety courses and/or Diploma-level educational programmes.
  • Ability to manage both fast-paced transactional sales and more consultative, relationship-based enrolment processes.
