Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers through outstanding customer service.
  • Offer professional beauty advice and consultations, ensuring customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to consultants and therapists, ensuring they deliver exceptional services and treatments.
  • Manage daily branch operations, including staff management, sales targets, and promotions.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback efficiently.
  • Foster teamwork and effective communication among colleagues to maintain a positive working environment.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the branch's monthly sales goals.
  • Participate in marketing activities and campaigns set by HQ.
  • Ensure treatment and consultation rooms are well-maintained and conducive to customer experiences.
  • Manage and improve operational workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Act as the PR Manager, representing the store and brand positively.
  • Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the beauty wellness industry, with a proven sales track record.
  • Independent, motivated, and proactive mindset.
  • Strong sales focus, service-oriented approach, and a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, display leadership qualities, and motivate colleagues.
  • Willingness to work retail hours from 10am to 8pm.
  • Deep enthusiasm for the beauty and service sector.
