• Position Title: Sales Manager
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 5:15pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $4500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team, set objectives, and drive initiatives.
• Craft and execute strategies to secure key accounts.
• Build and nurture customer relationships, manage complaints and queries.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and unlock sales opportunities.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor actions to meet sales targets and achieve organizational objectives.
• Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
• Familiarity with printing processes is a plus.
• Class 3 driving license and own vehicle required.
