• Industry/ Organization Type: Industrial Equipment Manufacturer
• Position Title: Sales Manager
• Working Location: Tuas South Street
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Transport allowance $700 + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by carrying out targeted sales plans that support business goals.
• Develop and carry out business plans to grow sales and expand market reach.
• Review and set product pricing to stay competitive and profitable.
• Coordinate product evaluations and trials to help customers assess and adopt products.
• Manage and support key accounts to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
• Review sales performance data and share insights with the General Manager, Sales, to support decision-making.
• Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager, Sales, to support business goals.

• Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial sales and marketing experience.
• Able to develop business opportunities, grow accounts, and resolve technical or service-related issues.
• Possess own transport.
