Our client is a leading medical supply chain solutions industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sales Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Sales Manager:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market penetration, and achieve sales objectives for the medical aesthetics devices portfolio in Singapore.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve individual and team performance targets while fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support long-term business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market reach, and strengthen customer acquisition efforts.
  • Manage strategic customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and business development.
  • Formulate and implement product marketing initiatives, including product positioning, pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, including demand forecasting, inventory planning, portfolio optimization, and product performance management.
  • Organize and manage product demonstrations, customer education programs, workshops, scientific meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and product adoption.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and address potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetics, medical device, healthcare or related industry.
