Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Business Development
Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia, China, Japan, South Korea, and Australia
Build, manage, and grow relationships with distributors, importers, and key accounts in target markets
Develop and execute country-specific go-to-market strategies
Channel Development
Establish and expand multi-channel distribution networks, including:
Importers and distributors
Modern trade (retail chains)
Foodservice (HoReCa)
E-commerce platforms
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms, and partnership agreements
Strategic Growth & Market Positioning
Drive the transition from semi-finished products to higher value-added offerings
Support brand positioning and product development aligned with market demands
Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends
Export & Compliance Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with international market requirements
Support market entry into regulated regions such as the United States and Europe
Coordinate with regulatory, supply chain, and production teams to meet export standards
Stakeholder Management
Work cross-functionally with production, QA, supply chain, and management teams to ensure execution excellence
Represent the company at international trade shows, client meetings, and commercial negotiations
Requirement:
At least 5 years of Sales, Business Development or Export sales experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Food ingredients or Agri-commodities
Regional sales experience is an advantage
