Job description

• Up to $6,700 Basic + Car allowance + Paid Business travel mileage + AWS + Variable bonuses

• Frequent travelling within Asia

Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia, China, Japan, South Korea, and Australia

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with distributors, importers, and key accounts in target markets

  • Develop and execute country-specific go-to-market strategies

Channel Development

  • Establish and expand multi-channel distribution networks, including:

    • Importers and distributors

    • Modern trade (retail chains)

    • Foodservice (HoReCa)

    • E-commerce platforms

  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms, and partnership agreements

Strategic Growth & Market Positioning

  • Drive the transition from semi-finished products to higher value-added offerings

  • Support brand positioning and product development aligned with market demands

  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends

Export & Compliance Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with international market requirements

  • Support market entry into regulated regions such as the United States and Europe

  • Coordinate with regulatory, supply chain, and production teams to meet export standards

Stakeholder Management

  • Work cross-functionally with production, QA, supply chain, and management teams to ensure execution excellence

  • Represent the company at international trade shows, client meetings, and commercial negotiations

Requirement:

  • At least 5 years of Sales, Business Development or Export sales experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Food ingredients or Agri-commodities

  • Regional sales experience is an advantage
