Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities across assigned markets.
  • Proactively source new business through networking, cold calling, lead generation, referrals, and other business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Develop tailored commercial solutions based on customers' business requirements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer records using CRM systems.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Demonstrated experience in hunting for new business through prospecting and cold calling is essential.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required as the role regularly involves serving and liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
