My Client, a leading technology and infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to spearhead growth initiatives within the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sector. This role will focus on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and driving solution adoption across semiconductor manufacturing environments and related high-tech industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business expansion initiatives across semiconductor manufacturers, advanced manufacturing facilities, and key industry ecosystem partners across the region

• Develop and execute strategic account penetration plans to grow market share and strengthen customer engagement within target segments

• Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders across engineering, operations, procurement, project management, and leadership teams

• Partner closely with consultants, end users, and technical stakeholders to position integrated electrical and infrastructure solutions into upcoming projects and tenders

• Manage the full commercial cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiations, and successful deal closure

• Work collaboratively with technical, engineering, and product teams to customise solutions aligned with customer operational requirements

• Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies

• Provide commercial and market feedback to internal stakeholders to support innovation, product positioning, and long-term business planning

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

• At least 6 years of experience in business development, key account management, or technical sales within the semiconductor, industrial technology, or advanced manufacturing sectors

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments and industry ecosystem dynamics

• Technical familiarity with electrical infrastructure, power distribution systems, energy management, or industrial automation solutions will be advantageous

• Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth within complex B2B environments

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and business functions

• Adaptable and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment

• Experience using CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools is preferred
