Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed regional sales targets for equipment and solutions
  • Develop strategic account plans and grow multinational customer relationships
  • Lead complex, high-value sales cycles from strategy to close
  • Increase share-of-wallet at key accounts
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to global teams
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies


Requirements

  • Min 10 years in capital equipment sales
  • Strong commercial instincts and customer-facing credibility
  • Strong new-business orientation with success in expanding into new accounts and markets.
  • Skilled in value-based and solution selling
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
