Our client is a well-established MNC specializing in industrial piping systems and flow solutions, with a strong global presence across infrastructure, utilities, and high-tech industries. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Project Manager to support growth within the cooling and data centre segment. They are located in the (East) - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development activities within the data centre and cooling segment by promoting piping system solutions and related services
  • Identify, develop, and convert project opportunities to achieve assigned sales and margin targets
  • Build and maintain a strong project pipeline through proactive prospecting and market engagement
  • Develop market strategies based on analysis of industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
  • Manage full sales cycle including opportunity identification, proposal development, tender submission, and project award
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on technical proposals, delivery planning, and project execution requirements
  • Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting through CRM systems
  • Engage consultants, developers, contractors, and end-users to influence project specifications and secure business opportunities
  • Conduct market research using industry platforms and networks to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor market movements and adjust sales strategies to strengthen competitive positioning
  • Support participation in industry events, technical presentations, and customer engagement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Expand market presence across commercial, industrial, and district cooling projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Relevant experience in project sales within cooling, HVAC, or data centre environments
  • Strong understanding of cooling systems, industrial applications, and building-related standards
  • Experience handling end-to-end project sales cycle from opportunity creation to execution
  • Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and energy efficiency standards
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and structured pipeline management
  • Exposure to industrial or building technology segments will be advantageous
