1. Sales Support & Order Management

  • Handle order processing and daily sales/profit recording
  • Prepare quotations and manage pricing
  • Coordinate shipments with customers and suppliers (including preparation of shipping documents)
  • Follow up on accounts receivable and payment collection

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Support annual stock-taking activities
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks and warehouse management

3. Procurement & Supplier Coordination

  • Manage purchase orders and delivery schedules with suppliers (mainly Japanese companies)

4. Accounting & Administrative Support

  • Process payments at the beginning, middle, and end of each month
  • Handle expense claims and cost management
  • Manage annual renewal of local insurance (e.g., work injury insurance)

5. Sales Support & Networking

  • Build relationships with Japanese clients
  • Accompany sales visits to local Singapore companies (including meetings with MDs and senior management)
  • Support planning of seminars and exhibitions

Requirements

(Must Have)

  • Business-level communication skills in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or order management
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently in a small office environment
