Moissanite Visual Solutions is a rapidly expanding marketing company, presently seeking and hiring a Sales Technician on a commissions-based role. We are looking for a highly committed and motivated hire for Customer Expectation Management at events and roadshows. You will be engaging on behalf of clients from the energy, education etc sectors of the industry.

Job Summary

Join Moissanite V.S. as a Sales Technician to engage customers at events and roadshows, handle technical queries, and build sales departments with uncapped performance-based earnings.

We are offering in this role, not only an uncapped payout and skills in sales promotions, but also provision of excellent opportunities to develop your skills in department building, performance-based promotions to a Sales Supervisor and beyond, and the training of new Sales Technicians.

Your promotion within MVS will only be limited by your desire to learn the skills and go above and beyond.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum education: Nitec or Polytechnic Diploma
  • Can speak fluent English
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods in non-air-conditioned setting, as well as run from customer to customer.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is advantageous
  • Conversational Mandarin/Malay/Tamil skills will be advantageous
  • Mental willingness to go above and beyond in your work hours, all while dealing with a barrage of technical queries from indecisive customers.
  • A student mentality: Learn skills from your supervisors and you will eventually become a supervisor, leading your own departments.

Responsibilities

  • Pitch products and services directly to B2C customers at events and roadshows to address their technical questions and concerns.
  • Manage customer expectations effectively to support client satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent clients professionally as a brand ambassador to maintain positive customer relations.
  • Train new sales technicians to ensure consistent team performance and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and establish your own sales department by meeting performance targets and advancing within the company.
  • Continuously learn and apply new sales and technical skills under supervisor guidance to progress into leadership roles.
