Job description

  • Attend assigned hospital at least one hour prior to each surgery
  • Ensure availability and accurate set-up of products and instruments
  • Place accurate products in the operating room to avoid unnecessary exits during surgery
  • Check sterilization and working order of Company's products before surgery
  • Follow assigned hospital's scrub policy for surgical preparation
  • Count and document instruments and materials before and after surgery
  • Understand accurate handling and use of all Company's products and instruments
  • Clean and organize Company's instruments after each use, ensuring accurate return to logistics partner
  • Inspect instruments and returned products for damage and report promptly
  • Complete UID form with confirmed pricing for billing purposes
  • Report on surgeon and hospital's usage of products
  • Provide feedback on products and competitors
  • Act responsibly to ensure personal and company safety
  • Aligning with workplace safety, health, and security policy
  • Perform any other duties assigned within the role as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the operating room (OT).
  • Min Diploma in Nursing

Base Salary: $4000 - $6000

Transport Allowance: $1300

Case Allowance: Yes

On Call Allowance: Yes
