Reachfield Security is one of the largest security guards agencies in Singapore. It provides security personnel & security systems to  office buildings, shopping centres, schools, apartments, factories, etc  in Singapore.  

Reachfield is looking for qualified candidates to join our team as

Security Operations Executive (OE)

For  Schools Sites

You shall work in one of the following locations

Location 1 -  East ( Tampines, Pasir Ris)

Location 2 – West (Upper Bt Timah, Chua Cho Kang)

Requirements

 1. Possess PWM Security Supervisor (SS) cert& above

 2.   Prefer with experience in Customer Service or uniform group like Police or SAF/SCDF  

3. A "people" person and able to solve problems on the ground.

4. Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, a good team player and ability to work very well with clients and security Officers.

5.  Prefer with own transport (bike, car or van)

Duties 

 1. Overall in charge of the day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to the allocated sites.

2.Work closely and Co-ordinate with each site to do manpower   forecast, planning for Relief Security Officers to be on sites when permanent Officer is on leave/MC.

3. Provide support for Officers on the ground & assist in handling complaints or operational issues.

4. Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures within the organisation.

5.Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher courses on bomb threats, customer service & security related topics on monthly basis.

6.Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients’ management to ensure customer satisfaction.

7.Able to carry out investigation and write incident reports.

8.Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on weekly basis.

9.  Attend weekly meetings & contribute towards improving services to clients. Submit weekly/monthly reports to clients& management.

10.  Any other duties assigned by clients/management.
