Semiconductor Gas Piping QC Testing Supervisor / Engineer

Work Location

Singapore Semiconductor Fab

Employment Type

Full Time

Salary

SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Engineering & Project Management

• Supervise and manage the implementation and progress of semiconductor gas piping QC engineering projects
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, quality standards, and engineering requirements
• Coordinate manpower and equipment resources to ensure smooth project execution
• Resolve on-site issues and technical challenges during project implementation
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards during construction processes
• Perform client site inspections and project verification

2. Semiconductor QC Testing & Quality Management

• Perform quality testing for semiconductor specialty gas piping systems
• Operate, inspect, and maintain QC testing equipment
• Assist in system testing, commissioning, acceptance, and troubleshooting
• Ensure engineering work and systems comply with semiconductor industry quality standards
• Support on-site construction and engineering testing requirements

3. Semiconductor System Operation & Technical Support

• Support operation and troubleshooting of GC / VMBP / CQC / Purifier systems
• Assist with testing and inspection of specialty gas supply systems
• Support engineering quality verification and documentation processes

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor facility engineering projects
• Experience with semiconductor specialty gas supply systems
• Familiar with construction site safety management and engineering quality control
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively handle project-related challenges

Professional Skills

QC Testing Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Pressure Recorder
• Delta-F Oxygen Analyzer
• MEECO TRACE Moisture Analyzer
• Helium Leak Detector
• PMS Particle Counter

Semiconductor System Experience

• GC / VMBP / CQC / Purifier system operation and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of semiconductor specialty gas systems
• Experience in semiconductor gas piping QC testing
