• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Main Contractor
• Position Title: Senior BIM Coordinator – Construction (Main Contractor)
• Working Location: Depend on the project site
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM -12:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Discretionary Bonus + Telephone Allowance
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM team, overseeing architectural and structural models throughout the construction stage.
• Develop and manage BIM models from 3D to 6D, ensuring accurate integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination, including clash detection, model updates, and collaborative problem-solving during construction.
• Lead VDC meetings and coordinate internal and external project stakeholders to resolve BIM-related issues.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, ensuring compliance with construction specifications and requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior BIM staff, providing support and training on best practices, standards, and workflows.
• Ensure all BIM processes align with project timelines, quality requirements, and safety considerations.
• Present BIM reports, updates, and visualizations to project management and clients clearly and professionally.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Singapore in architectural and structural BIM modelling and coordination.
• Proven experience with commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, or educational projects under a main contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of shop drawing development and multidisciplinary construction coordination.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, or equivalent) and 6D implementation (cost, scheduling, and facilities integration).
• Demonstrated ability to lead BIM/VDC meetings and manage project BIM teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
