Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily clinic operations and resource allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
• Work in tandem with a partner to oversee the smooth running of polyclinic operations, including supervision of the operations team in delivering quality patient care.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies, proposals, and improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and service standards.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, nursing, and allied health teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient services.
• Drive process improvements and support the continuous enhancement of operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (compulsory).
• Strong interest in operations management
• Prior experience in healthcare operations or administration is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work a 5.5-day work week, including Saturdays.
