This candidate is responsible for performing planning, controlling, andbusiness analysis activities for the Customer Region South East Asia (CR SEA).

Responsibilities

Short and mid-term actuals closing and planning

·      Develop OperativePlanning for relevant CV business units for parts and vehicles, taking intoconsideration market conditions, OU guidelines and factory allocations

·      Propose targets andoptimise cash flow and funding requirements

·      Work closely withoperations personnel to implement agreed actions for both MPCs and GD Markets

·      Initiateimprovements for smooth and timely HQ submissions reporting and planningsubmission

Financial forecast, cost controlling and business analysis

·      Coordinate thepreparation and regular update of financial reports and forecasts

·      Review monthlyexpenditure to ensure approved budgets are closely adhered to and address alldeviation queries

·      Analyse salestrends, profit margins and variances (against targets).

·      Monitor budgets andprovide timely alerts when actual spending trend deviates from agreed targetsensuring approved budgets are adhered to

·      Initiate businessreviews towards performance improvement

Revenue controlling and product pricing

·      Perform productprice calculations for respective responsible MPCs and GD markets based onSales & Marketing required price positioning and review profit marginagainst ROS (%) profit guidelines where necessary.

·      Provide timelyfinancial analysis to accounting to ensure provisions and accruals areaccurately reflected in financial reports.

·      Analyse salesbusiness and highlight deviations in sales channel, discount and product mixupdating planning forecasts when required.

·      Review actualsreporting and check accuracy, reasonableness as well as completeness of figuresfrom all relevant business units prior to timely submission to HQ.

·      Analyse and reviewof all deviation (actuals vs plan/plan vs plan) comments and queries.

·      Ensure manuals arepractical and up-to-date and inform team members of changes when necessary

Projects / Adhoc assignments/ System Maintenance / Enhancements

·      Continually assessprocesses, support and implement enhancements in planning and reportingmethodology to allow for efficient OU reporting and other related systeminterfaces

·      Support in TargetAgreement process, presentations and identified projects

·      Prepare simulationsand support management initiatives when necessary

·      Prepare and presentfinancial results and deviations to other team members when necessary

·      Update team leadersand members in a timely manner on status of tasks and communication with otherparties

Job Requirements

·      Minimum possess atertiary degree in Banking and Finance, Business Management and/or equivalent

·      Minimum 4 years ofrelevant experience in Finance/Controlling and Planning/ Management Accounting

·      Accountingbackground is an advantage. Knowledge of Singapore FRS and IFRS would berequired.

·      Highly analyticalskills and possess strategic thinking skills

·      Independent workingattitude and display good team spirit with ability to work under pressure

·      Strongcommunication skills and presentation skills

·      Strong Excel skill

·      Display goodagility and adaptability to various situations and possess good problem-solvingskills
